42DD 3" downpipe question??

Does anybody know if the 42DD downpipe is too loud with no res or cat? I've heard that it can be too loud without them, but just wondering if any of you guys have one? any replies will be greatly appreciated!

If you keep the stock cat-back it shouldn't be loud until you're WOT.

^^what he said. i have the resonator, and though i have an aftermarket catback, it's loud, but not ricey/annoyingly loud at WOT.

I have the 42dd catless downpipe with resonator. Sounds great. Like previous, it's only loud at WOT.

Just installed the magnaflow catback and it sounds like a beast

okay great! I just purchased one with no cat and no res, hopefully its not too loud.
