Just recently got my new tires and the TMPS light has been on. Went to go diagnose via VAGCOM and this morning the TPMS battery lives were reading 9 months. This evening I went to check again (mainly for pressure) and the battery life were reading 1-3 months.
Can I assume this to be just fluky measurements by VAGCOM overall, especially considering that these TPMS batteries are supposed to last 7-10 years from what I've heard?
