Bear Mtn, Old Beetles, and Fall

Yesterday morning I took a drive up Seven Lakes Dr. to Bear Mtn. NY.

My golf handled the roads pretty well kind of disappointed I didn't see a single other MK6 on my trip. I didn't really takes pics of my golf since its stock (except for clear side markers). At the summit I found a bunch of old Beetles which was pretty cool IMO

Here's some photos for anyone that's interested.

I've been wanting to do the seven lake drive, how are the conditions of the road and a lot of police or no.

Didn't see a single cop the entire length of the road. The road isn't paved the best when you first get on it from rt 17 but then it gets a lot better. I recommend getting there early, I got on the seven lakes dr at around 11ish and it was great but by the time I got to bear mtn. summit (noonish?) it was PACKED and not very much fun. Overall it was a great trip and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for some fun curvy roads.
