$1000 budget for tires

I am going to order a set of new tires soon. Fitment 19x8.5
If you were given a budget of $1000, which set would you pick?
I need the tires to be excellent in dry and wet conditions. What is the best set of tires one can buy with 1000USD? (including shipping and tax)

Hankook ventus v12. Bout the best bang for your Buck tires.

Also look.at the Kuhmo Ecsta SPT (I think ). My brother has them on his Genesis coupe r-spec. Love's them.

Pretty sure you can get Michelin Pilot super sports for about that price from Tire rack out the door. Although hankook v12's would be my next choice in performance or if you wanted to save some dough

How's traction on k04 power level? Are you able to hook first or second gear at all? I'm sick of spinning my balls off til 70mph.
