Noise Coming from AC

So in December I had a CTS downpipe installed on my car. The same time I had some general maint done too (oil, alignment, topped off fluids). My car isn't tuned yet and throwing a cel because of the downpipe. I don't know if any of this is important just figure its worth mentioning what's been done to my car recently.

Since then I've noticed that when I have the AC on and I am accelerating there is this like high pitched fluttering noise coming from what seems to be the front passenger area (i believe the vents).

If I turn off the ac the noise goes away. If I leave the ac on and let off the throttle, the noise goes away.

Any ideas what could be causing it?
