For it to work on the DMF it would have to be a unsprung hub, but from the looks of it SB doesn't offer a kit for the MK6 2.0T without a single mass flywheel which is odd seeing that CM does. So for SB the only options are full kit with steel flywheel or the drop in disk for the OEM Luk PP and DMF.

Just talked to SB and I can offer them at the prices I first posted up which is the price that SB has on their site at this time, once SB changes their prices on their web site then my prices have to go up too.

So these prices are what I will be offering them at for now.
Stage 2 Daily = $950
Stage 2 Endurance = $1050
Stage 3 Daily = $1350
Stage 3 Endurance = $1400
Is this for the old disk setup then? Meaning not the updated Exedy disk people are talking about.

Yes, my head is spinning, somebody said that......somewhere......sometime.

It should be for the updated clutch kit since that is how they are building their their MK6 2.0T clutch/flywheel kits. Their actual retail prices are higher but because their web site has the lower prices they said I can sell them at that price since that is what my wholesale discount is based off till further notice.

I will call SB up tomorrow and ask Jon if the kits I order are going to be the ones with the Exedy disk. I don't think they would build 2 different clutch setups for the same part number at this point.

So when I left work last night it was 67F! For comparison, last week, it averaged about 20F with varying days in the teens. I went WOT and had ZERO slip! woooooooot I mean, I knew the cold exacerbated the problem, but maybe I can live with this for a little while longer. I shouldn't be romping on it anyway in the winter...

Stage 1 from 936 miles to 9,980 miles no slippage
Stage 2 from 10,000-18,943 ( last 1k miles slippage at WOT 3,4,5,6)

as soon as the snow clears here an install will commence. after reading this thread, I'm still not entirely sure which to go with. on to more comparing...

Just talked to Jon at SB and all of their kits are being made with the 4 spring hub, they said that they are not offering the Exedy hub yet since they wont have those for another month.

Wonder what the difference will be between the exedy hub and the current... why would they outsource it if they are currently producing them?

You can add me to the list for the FX350, I just pulled the trigger and ordered it through Clay at CTSTurbo. Great customer service I would like to add. My car is only stage 1+ with 18,000 and it's slipping. Moving onto stage 2 when the clutch is installed hopefully within the month.

My Fx-350 with SMF is now installed..

The stock unit was still fine for daily driving but at high RPM's it would slip.

K04 was added at 3k miles and stock was replaced at 8,600 miles with the FX-350.

SB doesn't make hubs, everyone outsources those.

I thought I would mention that Southbend includes new flywheel bolts with their kits and clutchmasters doesn't.

I couldn't find that info anywhere and almost purchased $40 worth of bolts

It depends on where you buy the CM kit from. CM does include pressure plate bolts with their clutch/flywheel kit, but do not include flywheel bolts.

If the CM clutch/flywheel kit is ordered from me it will include a set of 10.9 non stretch flywheel bolts, that info is even on my Vender Classified thread for the CM clutch kit. I also offer a set of ARP flywheel bolts as an option to using the 10.9 bolts.

You are more then welcome to ask any of the forum members that ordered a CM clutch/flywheel kit from me if they received flywheel bolts with their kit.
