Weird rev drop (Video)

Cant really explain this but its weird, watch the video

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKoYn3jehmA

I got a weird p0145 code like 2 months ago, cleared it and didnt come back till now. after I filmed this video I got a p0145 and p2196 code.

So the next day after I drove the car (still dealing with the rev drop as seen in the video) and scanned it with my acessport and the p2196 is gone

To make a long story short, I now am dealing with the rev drop problem, I have a p0145 check engine light and I might have an exhaust leak. Can the leak be causing this problem or is it something else? thanks in advance.

That's what a vacuum leak looks like. Had a similar issue when my intake manifold was leaking. I think a bad pcv can represent similar symptoms too. It could be something simple like a leak in a boost gauge hose.

Don't think it's the pcv, i pulled the oil cap and it started to idle rough so I think the pcv is fine, I also tried to listen for a hiss but ileverything seems fine. Just to add, the car pulls hard and is hitting 22 pounds of boost no problem, it's just this issue that's annoying me. I really hope it's just an exhaust leak. Anyone had similar exhaust leak issues?

The boost reading did you get from logging or a boost gauge?
There could be a small line tear somewhere on the boost tap line for example

Got it from my acessport, my intake manifold has never been tapped into, I put my finger over where a boost tap would be and didn't hear or feel anything abnormal.

I just had an idea, could it possibly be my maf? I just installed a new intake filter not too long ago

Hmm, you can get some maf cleaner and clean it up. When my maf was acting up I was getting some codes. But cleaning the maf is a reasonable idea. It disassembles pretty easily. Just make sure you let it dry before reinstall.
My issue was after new filter was oiled so I suspect oil got on there.

I had a similar issue when I blew a P2015. It ended up being a broken actuator that was covered under warranty.

Broken actuator? You mean wastegate actuator? I'm confused how it would be that if I'm hitting boost fine

So I think I fixed it, I took apart my down pipe and sure enough there was a tiny leak. If anyone is installing a down pipe make sure to order a new oem gasket and 4 new copper nuts so you don't have to take it apart again. I also cleaned my maf and now the issue is gone, cleared the cel and hopefully it never comes back

I didn't think a leak at the back end would do that. Maybe the maf.
Regardless it works now nice

It was a leak on the actual turbo to downpupe gasket. But yeah no cel yet. Knock on wood

So the check engine light came back on, so annoying because once the cel comes on, the issue is apparent. Once I clear the cel the issue is gone, my codes are p2275 and p0145, they are rich/lean codes for the post cat sensor. I have a spacer on it and I have a stratified tune that apparently disables that sensor. Idk what to do. Is it time to replace the O2? Btw the car has 53k miles
