New to the Lifestyle

Hey All,

I recently purchased a 2013 Golf R 2 Door and I am loving it so far, but I'm ready to start turning the wrench. I am no stranger to builds or mods but my area of expertise lies with trucks and jeeps and building off road rigs. So I know the R platform is modifiable but I really have no idea where to start. I have the tools and the mechanical ability to get it done but I need ideas. If you guys could let me know what you guys have done and how it affects the performance of the vehicle I'd really appreciate it because I am excited to start my build!
