Dyno sheet thread

When reading through material and different tunes, stages, etc I think it would be nice if we had a repository of mods and dyno sheets for people to reference. Especially since custom tunes are becoming more popular now. Maybe we can do it like this format.

Tuner:
Turbo stage or setup:
Additional bolt ons:
Fueling:
Dyno information: i.e. temp, type, correction if any

For example mine
Tuner: Eurodyne custom file
Turbo: Port and polish k04
Bolts ons: stage 2 intake, apr intercooler, charge n discharge pipes, turbo back, dv+, fluidampr
Fueling: pump 93 gas
Dyno information: 4th gear 78F michigan, dynojet I believe STD 1.03

Fueling: Chevron 92
Dyno information: 4th Gear, Dynocom (Similar to a heart breaker), std j607.
