Windshied cracked a week after I got the car. Just asked if there was anything they could do since I saw on here that a lot of people had windshield issues. They said they couldn't replace the windshield but could give me the voucher to make up for it since I'm a good customer (this is my fifth new VW). Didn't have to get mad or yell or anything. They offered it right away.

Rock hit it I would assume. I didn't see/hear anything but I was driving on the highway so I would guess something hit it. I was honest with them about all of it. I was really assuming they wouldn't do anything. I was surprised when they offered the voucher.
