2013 VW GLI w/ K04 and low miles

UPDATE 5/23:

Sad to report the tensioner on my GLI failed and the car jumped time leading to valve damage. Borescope confirmed no piston damage but valves are bent so the car needs a new head.

I love the car but instead of trying to fix myself (not a diy kinda job) I've decided to sell. The car ran perfectly before this. 80,000 miles on the odometer and I took care of this car.

I realize it will be expensive to fix so I'm selling at a price with that in mind. Here is what the car has and what I paid for these items new:
