Anyone got any other toys?

automotive toys that is... (especially old stuff - less interested in newer toys as anyone can buy a new car. Old cars need to be found and built).

Here is my little toy. Just given her a spring clean and mini service now the spring is here so that she can get a bit of use over summer.

'62 Triumph Herald Coupe

What have you got tucked away in your garage?

My dad's toys but I basically take care if them.

A 74' Triumph TR6

And a 63' Chevy Corvair: Unsafe at any speed.

I love tossing the tr6 around its actually a pretty nice sports car. The Chevy is better just cruising around.

Always have loved the TR6!

My mother was Italian so I swayed toward the Alfa Romeo.

I own 6 cars but nothing of age, mostly new within the last few years, love that 72 Spider though!

Thanks!

Gotta love the old school stuff but there is nothing like driving the new technology. In addition to the old I too have the new stuff! 5 total here.

I'm actually looking for a 456 GTA as we speak, trying to find a mint one with mileage in the teens, tough to find.

Here's mine. My GTI is insanely jealous of it as it gets the garage.

I have decided that I don't like you. I might even hate you. Seriously though those are two nice rides . That Dart is going to have me doing some shopping on ebay!

hay now...no hatin allowed on this thread. Thanks for love though! I have had these two for ever as I am and old dude! 54 and counting and love my toys, they are my kind of kids.

I encourage you to look and buy something vintage...my two cents is buy as much as you can afford to and get something thats either dome or close to being done. Let the the other guy pay for the resto. GL

Thanks for the advice. I am just waiting to get the money together. I am on the hunt for a '69 Road Runner 440 six pack. It's a tough find but she will be there when I am ready.
