APR DSG tune and Stratified ECU tune

So I’m thinking of switching from my APR Stage 2 tune to a Stratified ECU tune, the only thing is, is that I have APR’s DSG tune. Would switching ECU tunes to a different tuner effect my DSG tune in a bad way?

Answer seems to be that you shouldn't have problems mix and matching ECU and TCU tunes.
