I was a vegetarian for 9 years so still a bit sensitive to what I consume.

I wish I had it in me to do street food. Some of it looks and smells amazing. It's the lack of sanitation that keeps me from it. I wish I wasn't a wuss about things like that.

I made it alright. We went to Pixian and had some street food. Our main dude took us to this ridiculous good place. No indoor seating, right on the main street. FUCKING AMAZING. I will say it was odd having bits of bone in almost every bite of chicken, but you can use your hands and spit it out no worries.

I eat anything but having bone fragments in the food is terrible. I eat like a starving hyena and a bone fragment will chip a troys tooth. Local Chinese place does it all the time they just chop the shit out of their foods
