It most definitely is! There is a dude on Vortex with the dyno sheet to prove it. On 35 lbs. of boost & more. I'll post the link if there are any nonbelievers.

Sure it can produce that much power, but for how long? That’s the real question. Do you really want to rebuild your engine every 5,000 miles? That gets kind of expensive.
