I know it isn't a GTI.....but my fiance just got a new Nissan Cube (Carib Blue)...pic attached...so if you see her around Seattle give her a VW Wave....she still thinks I am nuts when I wave to any GTI I see...so figured if there is a GTI Around you could show some love by association

It was hard...we still have it.....the back left door no longer opens.....it runs fine.....it is actually a conversion van.....silver blinds and all!
