Not sure if this info helps on this thread.

I got my 2012 GTI from Town & Country in Markham, happy with the sales Willy from beginning to end, can't comment on the servicing as I have yet the chance to experience. I originally put a deposit for a Golf R, pulled back and decided to go with GTI instead. Bugged him many times in and out, checking the car, audio, test driven, etc. and he's been very patience. Gave me a good offer from the start and my negotiated final price wasn't far off at all from the original offer.

My last Golf was from Volkswagen Villa back in 2001, very bad experience on the day car was picked up, and I'd never went back to them since for anything.

^I'll add - Davin Kivisto at Georgetown VW sold me my car. Nice guy to deal with, very informal and not your typical cheeseball sales guy.

Also didn't pre-judge me (like a sales guy in Mississauga vw) and assume I can't afford a GTI and let me go for a test drive. When I went to Mississauga VW, the sales guy there didn't take me seriously, lied and said they have no GTI's on the lot for me to try (there were THREE OUTSIDE on display). Once I told him I sold my summer car (BMW) and winter car (2010 toyota) he was THEN interested in helping me. Neadless to say, I was pretty defensive after this and didn't feel like dealing with him so I left.

Anyways, I say this because I'm short, and look like I'm 18 when clean shaven hahaha (I'm 25)

Nice idea. A few notes/corrections though...

JRP does Revo as they are the official Canadian importer.

Alex Fretes is associated with Bramgate VW. His caliber is alot higher than anyone I have dealt with in Mississauga VW

Oops, I thought he was with Mississauga, but I think he's with Audi Mississauga.
