Plastic door trim?

Hey,
I am not really a seasoned car enthusiast so finding good spare parts is not my strong side. But I am trying to find a replacement for the plastic trim on the inside of the door. I have tried googling a lot but no luck...
Can someone point me towards the right direction?

That piece does not simply pop off, it is plastic welded to the door card. Either cover it, or plan for a bit of an annoying project clipping it off and remelting the new piece on.

It's possible, but isn't as simple as just popping some clips and swapping in a new insert. There are loads of options if you wanted to buy a vinyl film and recover them, which in this case I would rather do than to put in completely new inserts. Doing the plastic weld isn't terribly difficult, but is a much bigger project than using a film, getting some good blades, and re-covering them.
