Really need some coding help for Ed's headlights

So I need some help. I've searched and searched but I cannot find an answer that works.

I want:
LEDs as DRL, no fogs
LEDs turn off when low beams are on
I have the OEM LED tails with no fog

I have the LEDs working as the DRL but they are on when the low beams are on. I just them off when the lows are on, currently they are on and dimmed. How can I change this? I've tried changing byte 18 from 20 to 21 to 1F, no luck.

My current setup:
BYTE 18 - is 21
BYTE 14 - is 09
BYTE 15 - is C4
BYTE 24 - is E4
BYTE 27 - is 24

with oem led tails??? that changes the byte 18 code....I want to say it was 22??

I took my tails out, and had to recode, I can check my tonight possibly. mine shut off when lights are on. I want to say im at 21 now

it has been awhile since I was in there...
