Hey I bet that block is okay. If your insurance gets the car crushed you may think about having the engine removed and parted at a shop. After labor you wouldn't make much off it but it'd be a nice thing to do for the community

Well that info was not in the OP so no way of knowing. Thats a shame tho. I would not know if i see me car on fire.

Several of the fluid containers in the engine bay went POP during the fire. The firefighters tore the front grill off, opened the hood and blasted the whole thing with the chemical fire retardant so I don't know how good it'll still be.

Block and head are fine. How much?

Heh it wouldn't be turn-key for sure. But the cams, rods, pistons, head, crank and block would be alright. That alone is 3/4 the cost of an engine.
