oh man oh man that would be awesome!! Though prob take years for VW to relent and concede and at that point there would be a line up out the door to have it done....or if you kept your receipt VWoA or VWCanada juuuuuuuust might pay up.

There are several firms trying to make a case it seems like. While I got screwed by this tensioner failure 8 days after my warranty was up I don't expect this to settle any time soon

Interesting how they say it can malfunction upon startup. The tensioner can go whenever it damn well pleases.

Call them or fill out that form. They're actively seeking plaintiffs for this lawsuit.
