Tuner here in France say's that for 100% E85 with K04 on top of bigger injector i will also need the new Loba HP20.2 HPFP rated to 190 bar to get enough fueling.

Tuner say's that OEM hpfp can handle max 150 bar

Yes and no depending on how you want to do fueling. If you are only relying on the primary injectors then yes.

I had to bypass the hpfp buy running an additional injector off of the LP system.

I am very proud to introduce the first PPT EFR 7163 Turbo Kit for the 2.0 TSI (EA888 Gen 1 & Gen 2) platform. As the build moves forward, I will post updates with photos in this thread and across social media for those who want to follow the progression. Looking forward to running E85 blends based on the fuel setup listed in the thread below!

I daily a e20 blend (91octane + e85) on a 91 octane pump file. E20 has an Effective octane of 93. It helps clear any timing issues with California gas.

Ready to race!
Ethanol blend octane rating increase in non linear way.
The most increase is on blend from E20 to E40.
So E42 is not in between of E0 and E85 it's much closer to E85

Here an exemple:

Ethanol Blend E0 E10 E15 E30
Octane rating (anti-knock index) 87.4 88.2 92.6 94.4
Research octane (RON) 90.7 92.4 97.8 100.7

Their scrolling down to Page 12 you can see data of octane rating from E0 to E85:
