Went to get in the car this morning and the car would not unlock with the fob. Unlocked with key and there were no lights on the dash (time, mileage). Turned key in ignition... Nothing! Assumed dead battery. Went in to get my battery pack, unlatched the hood, started to remove the battery cover, and... Car alarm starts honking it's head off. Hit unlock on fob, and it's looking like everything's normal. Turn key in ignition and it starts right up.
