Zip tie it for now.

It’s an under tray, under aero piece not sure on its exact name. Junk heard would be the cheapest place to get one. Or look on eBay for a knock off one.

A long time VW owner and friend gave me a link that called it a splash shield, so that's currently what I'm looking for.
I hadn't thought of zip ties. Thanks.

This is turning out to be more difficult than I would have imagined. I believe it's called a floor pan splash shield, or at least that's what other carmakers call it. VW doesn't seem to offer it, and U-Pull it doesn't have this model in their yards, and VW Parts Vortex doesn't carry it.

VW should have the part. I replaced mine several years ago. Not terrible expensive. Might be worth a trip to the VW parts counter for them to micro filch the part. Once you have the part number you can explore your options.

This is what I bought, and it went up without a hitch. A couple of the fasteners were missing when it got to me, but I just used the old one and it worked fine.
