which motul oil to run

hey can someone show me exactly which motul oil to run. I am getting mixed answers and would like to clarify on the model number before i get it. thanks

The newest formula with the right cert is X-Max 8100 0w-40.

I've used mobil 1 5w-30 before. It was even in the manual for my 09.
Motul 5w-40 would be my pick.
