H&R touring kit finally had time to settle, it's lower than 1.3" but I can still get over speed bumps, I just have to watch my front end going into curbed parking spots.
The ride is great on the highway and smooth roads but imperfections make the ride bumpy, but I guess this is expected with progressive springs.
As for performance the car handles awesome in turns, sweeps, and aggressive driving. Combined with the H&R 26/24 sways the car is flat and firm in the turns. In hard braking there is very little to no dive, unlike the OEM TDI springs.
I'll keep this setup for a while, however I'd like to try stock TDI shocks on DG springs to see if I can get a better ride with minimal low which is what I aiming for in the first place.
