Who's owned their car the longest?

I just passed the 5-year mark with my car. I placed a factory order in January 2010 and the car was delivered on April 27, 2010.

Just coming up on 90,000 kms and the car has been great. A few little rattles that I've fixed, but no major issues - even the water pump has been fine! :laugh: The car is long since paid for, and my plan is to keep it at least another five years.

Anyone else with a 2010 they bought new and are still driving?

bought my 2010 golf in august of that year. 63,000+ miles with some mild mods and 2 rebuilds thanks to a south carolina deer and a volvo wagon... almost traded it in on a 2008 R32 recently but my 43-yr-old senses got the better of me.

Bought my 2011 in February 2011... it's been 4 years and 2 months... that's 2 years of being stage 2 and 1.5 years of Frankenturbo goodness.

I plan to keep her to the bitter end. Either she makes it to 200k miles or she explodes. Whichever comes first.

Picked it up brand new with 91 test miles on Halloween 2011. 88k miles and counting. No, I don't drive it 5 miles a day like some of you pansies.
