any saab gurus in here?

well ive been thinking about replacing the gti with something else when the warranty is up in july. i need something big enough to carry my dog around in and something that will handle trips to home depot.

ive always found the volvo V70R a cool car but finding one in good shape has been a chore. Ive always like saabs but cant find much info on them. for the most part it seems they are reliable cars with a few electrical gremlins here and there. but drivetrains and bodies are solid. ive also noticed saabs of the same vintage seem to be in better condition than volvos.

I have a friends with both Volvo and Saab cars. They are nice if they're taken care of, but I would say less quality than VW. If you need to get parts, Saab is out of business, and Volvo parts are mostly special order.
