Back to VW...

After about a 20 year absence, I have returned to the VW family.

Picked up a 2013 2-door manual R.

20 years ago, I had a 1981 5-sp manual Rabbit Convertible (not a Cabriolet, not a Cabrio). Loved that car - had the same engine as the MkI GTI. In between went through a Saturn (shit), a Nissan Xterra (loved that one) and a Mazda 3 (decent, but a boring non-Mazdaspeed automatic).

Welcome. My first car was a 1980 Rabbit Convertible, and I too returned to VW 2 years ago with our GTI. The Rabbit was a great little car, and was in the family for 25 years.
