HI guys, let me talk about the engines in France.

in our country we have a lot of diesel engines, 'cause people like this...
for them it's cheaper and consummes less than unleaded fuel,
but they don't really know why they choose diesel.

for real unleaded fuel engines, the most sold models are the 1.4 turbo (122 hp).
the engines are downsized for comparison with US, you have 2.5 engines, and it's inimaginable in france. the governement encourage automobile builders to make cars more and more economic and ecological.
For exemple if the vehicle we buy emmits more than 160gr of CO²/ km we have to pay a malus.
that's why downsized engines are developped for us, like the 1.2 TSI (85hp) LOL.

let's talk about my situation, my engine is a supercharged 1.4.
I explain, it's a 1.4 "twincharger", with 1 turbo (for High RPM) PLUS 1 compressor (for low RPM)!
so this little 1.4 can provide 160 hp, it's a nice score here.

obviously we have also GTI and .:R (still 2.0 TSI).

Thanks for posting the photo, it looks awesome! It actually motivated me to find 18 in. Audi wheels to put on my GTI but they are off of an A6. :thumbup:
