I'm surprised no one posted about these yet or maybe I missed it. If I get these, I may not be able to bring my self to actually installing them. They may look nicer on the wall in my man cave garage. Talk about a beautiful design and something we have not seen before in terms of mount construction. While using less rubber than their previous mounts, 65 durometer is still a lower stiffness and elminating side to side movement is really interesting.

034Motorsport's Performance Mounts for MkV/MkVI Volkswagen & 8J/8P Audi models are are the new standard in track performance. Our mounts are designed with performance in mind, and manufactured from billet aluminum and high-durometer rubber for increased performance and durability, while maintaining better ride characteristics than polyurethane alternatives. Motorsport Mounts are void-free and fluid-free, eliminating the slop associated with the factory engine/transmission mounts, and are designed to be completely rebuildable with replaceable rubber bushings.

These mounts were thoroughly tested in-house on the Christian@034's Stage 3 Audi A3 2.0 TSI and refined on the track and street before release. Some increase in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) transfer into the cabin is to be expected with these mounts, as they are designed to drastically limit engine movement versus the factory parts.

i did ask lazlo about it. he says the NVH transmission is in between their street and track density mounts but leans more towards track density. I did consider upgrading my street density to these to see how much NVH we're talking about. b

But i need to figure out a few other issues first before i even decide to do these.

these are more track oriented. made from cnc'd billet aluminum vs the cast housings and using higher durometer rubber. that's what lazlo told me anyway.

Basically, the "V1 034 Mounts" as I'll refer to them maintain the OEM cast mount brackets and contain either a Street Density rubber or Track Density rubber. These mounts are a new design, fully CNC'd and advertise the elimination of any side to side engine movement with 65 durometer rubber bushings for front to rear movement (or engine rotational movement). I believe between the side to side elimination and the 65 durometer, it should fall inbetween "street" and "track" feel.

I have the track density mounts and love them they are 80 durometer rubber compared to the ones you are referring to which are 65. my personal opinion I would get the track density for cheaper if they are a stronger mount.

Those look pretty spiffy. If I didn't have a set of oldschool BSH mounts, I'd buy those. I like the design of these better. Looks like they are attached better than the BSH, which has just a single bolt down through the top
