Upgrade brakes GOLF GTI MkVI for Track Day

-J.M.G.-

I would like to improve braking system in my GTI MK6 for drive on track day without overheating problems ...

I state that I will not upset the system, I'd try to keep the original calipers and improve everything around them ... If I'll see that I can not get good results may also replace the calipers ...

What do you advise me?

Oil?
Pads?
Brake hoses?
Rotors?

Thank you !!

Here is my setup and I track fairly often.

SS lines up front and rear
ATE Superblue fluid
Carbotech XP10 pads up front and XP8 in the rear
Brass slider bushings

And I removed the dust shield up front

That's it :) Works well

Many tracks that dont require repeated heavy braking from high speeds and no cooling breaks can be tackled with good pads, ss lines and light rolling stock.

Also at me, please !!

Replaces the rubber caliper slider bushings with solid ones. I at the same time replaced my SS lines so I didnt' notice these specifically however people seem to indicate they do help. My pedal does feel firmer however that could also be the SS lines.
