These are from ECS tuning made by ZIZA.

I've checked ECS.com for the product page and they are not the same ones that are currently selling on their website.

I am asking $360 shipped to any state in USA however I prefer to do the sale locally

They have only been on my car about a year and are in perfect pre owned condition. No LED's are out and they are fully functional. They do create a bulb out warning that can be coded out with VAG COM. The only reason I am selling is because I am going back to stock tail lights because I got tired of the blacked out look.
