Having the same issue with my 2013 TDI, have taken the cowl off and tried tried blowing it out with air and snaking it with whipper snipper cable (aka weed whacker) and couldn't get the cable to come out the other end or close to it. thinking the drain tube is disconnected on the drivers side...
