I did the scan day before and nothing was there. I'm not sure if I can recognize any problem while driving.
Before I break the bank and leave my car to the mechanic should I try to erase the code and see if it comes back or should I test the car in some specific driving conditions?
I've read about this issue and some suggested to update the software, is it just a transmission SW update or something else ? I did stage 1 to the ECU a week ago and no idea if it can be related.

Update: tried to remove the fault code but it came back after a short drive. It’s only viewable in VCDS no warning lights on dashboard though.
Now the fault code is:

1 Fault Found:
006012 - Clutch 2
P177C - 003 - Tolerance Limit Reached
Freeze Frame:
