This might seem an odd question, but hopefully someone on here will know the answer: it’s about coding with VCDS…
I’ve ordered a set of the red and white puddle lights which mount on the bottom of the doors, but they’ll not be here for about a month.
I can get the coding for them done in the next couple of weeks, but after that the guy who can do it is away on holiday for six weeks, and there’s no-one else within easy reach who can do it.
So my question is, can I get the coding done in advance of fitting the lights, or will it cause errors/problems?
The car is a 2012 1.6L Golf TDi Match.
