Hi
I'm really sorry this may be a complete novice question, but my 1.6 TDI CAYC engine 125k miles, has poor tick over especially between 800 and 1500 RPM.
I've had the glow plugs changed which has helped a bit, but after running car scanner it's saying the EGR may be clogged.
I've bought some Wynns EGR Cleaner, but I'm not 100% clear where to spray it.
As per engine photo is is right I unclip (what I think is) the Air intake pipe, to the right of the oil cap, then (following the Wynnes instructions) spray into the exposed air pipe in the direction towards the windscreen?
Sorry this sounds really stupid, but I don't want to mess this up.
