Is this a good deal...takeover lease?

VW Gold GTI 2012 5 Door GTI in Carbon Steel with DSG gearbox.
It has Luxury/Technology packages. Takeover lease is $535 with 34 months remaining and an optional buyout approx $19k.

Keep in mind this is in Canada so prices are higher than US.
What are things I should be concern about over a lease transfer?

Well, I'd for sure get the guy that is looking to transfer the lease to pay the money it costs to transfer it. When I did a lease transfer a few years ago, it cost me $500 bucks in lease transfer fees.

If the person won't pay it, then you could probably find a better deal elsewhere.

Other than that, I'd just be worried about typical car issues, mod's, km's left on lease, etc.

PS-it's very common for the folks trying to get their lease transferred to pay the transfer fee plus some $$ on the side as incentive. So you could also try and get a months car payment out of the deal too.
