This is normal too. They weren't built to have another film plastered over your window. With my previous Subaru Legacy there were two point where the glass was guided into the door, both places scuffed the tint from top to bottom, these will eventually show up on your tints too.

My front windows aren't even tinted, so I think I'll blame them.
