I've been eyeing the HID set (http://www.ecstuning.com/Volkswagen-Golf_VI--2.0T/Lighting/Headlights/Housing/ES2190098/) and have two questions:

1. It's pretty much the entire headlight assembly but without the bulbs, ballasts, etc, correct? Would it work with, say, an aftermarket HID kit (for sake of argument - DDI tuning)?

2. I presume that since there is only a sole projector, this would require bi-xenon (or bi-filament) lights?
