yes... If it is indeed apr, which you can verify by using the cruise control switching feature (most people opt for the program switching), they will charge you 200 (i think is what i paid back in the day) to transfer it to your name.. from there one you are now the "owner" of the tune and upgrade fees and any other "loyalty" prices then apply to you. Even if you dont plan on doing much work to the car, I still suggest you pay the 200 (or whatever it is) to get it put into your name. Otherwise you will get no customer support if/when its needed.
