This is a really good deal, to give you an idea, I got my GTI in August of 2011, a 2010 with 12k miles on it, Did not have:
1. Detroits
2. DSG
3. 4-doors
4. Xenon
And I paid $23,500, which was a fair price. Factor in all of those addons, and I would have been looking at a sticker price of 26-28k. Even at what they're asking, it's a great deal. It even has 9,200K miles left on VW warranty.
Also, it was said before, but they're a lot of great cars for sale on here, with extra mods done to them that will save you loads of cash down the road, unless you want to keep it completely stock...
