FS GTI Mk6 2011 2dr candy white manual modded

Selling my VW GTI MK6 2011 2dr manual candy white. Finally going to up size to a larger car as I'm going to start a family. Things to know about my car are:

1. Maintainence done on car - I regularly take my car for service through VW. Last one being May 2016. I've changed all 4 of my rotors, and brake pads June 2016 and had the brake lines recently flushed out. Battery is vw/audi oem about 6 months old still batt life still at 14.1. New radiator Sept 2016. All regular maintenance done at VW midtown Toronto.

2. Engine - Again it has approx 157,000 km on it. The parts listed below:
-APR carbon fiber cold air stage 1 intake
-New R8 coil packs installed Aug 2016
-S3 intercooler
-stage 2 southbend clutch daily driver, with after market short shifter for easier shifts
-Billy boat turbo back exhaust non resonated
-Unitronic chipped and tuned stage 2 + at 10,000 km and the car has done very well with this tune with no problems/issues

3. Trim - Leather seats (heated seats), 2 door, GTI OEM honey comb mats, manual, Touch screen ready for BT & sirius radio/regular radio, sunroof, power windows, dual climate control, xenon head lights/foglights

4.Suspension - Solo werks V1, no camber plates, non adjustable dampeners, rides comfortable but more aggressive than stock

5. Aesthetics - Golf R LED Tail lights OEM from VW/AUDI; instead of red trim grill, it is candy white trim grill instead; paint of car is candy white with no door dings, but a small scuff front driver bumper from debris last winter; LED plate number light at rear. Also has a P3 digital vent boost gauge, that monitors, turbo pressure, coolant temp, air intake temp, RPM, MPH, 0-60 mph calculator & battery monitoring.

6. Wheels/Rims - Enkei Raijins 18 " rims (no scuffs) gun metal x 4 with falken 453's with 70-80 percent tread; will include winters steelies (steelies a bit rusty) x 4, 1 season so far for my michelin x-ice i3 tires.

7. Accidents - none, fixed a bad door ding last year Oct 2015 Left rear driver side but a shop in thornhill did an amazing job in fixing it.

Even though I did all these mods, the car was never taken to track and was babied and was continuously serviced through VW using VW schedule for servicing the car on the owners manual. I've only used it for driving to work. I have no liens as the car was paid off since June 2016. Asking for $14,000, OBO. Bank Draft or CASH ****** ONLY.
