ECS Luft technik Intake + K04

Today I installed the DV+ and the whistle is still there. Have no clue what it could be, maybe intake still? They only way i would find out it take it off and installing a different intake on which seems like a PITA. I mean i dont think its a boost leak, because if it was i wouldn’t be able to hold boost correct? Idk...

so yeah lol, im deff stuck. Ive checked for leaks and nothing. would the wastegate make this noise? I do have an aftermarket turbosmart WG that is too tight causing my turbo to overboost, I will have it adjusted this weekend by the shop, do you think it could be bleeding off excess boost causing this noise?
