I noticed the little holes in the firewall below the raintray, like something has come off. A liner or something?

I just looked at my 2013 & those holes are not there. The black piece on mine goes straight across with no cutouts where the holes are on your car.

I don't think you're missing anything. I pulled my liner out a while ago, but I have nothing there either.

Are there any CAIs that have mounts in those locations? Given the proximity, it looks that that might be a feasible explanation.
