New 2013 4dr DSG GTI

Actually 22k is a good deal. A dealer would want at least 25k. Does it have leather?

Everything except leather. We agreed on $22k, as the dude actually owes approx $23.5k. Still a pretty good deal IMO.

Anyone have experience buying privately when the seller owes more than what he is getting? I'm thinking he would have to pay down his current note to the sales price then my bank could pay it off with my equity and loan proceeds.

Sounds about right. Obviously you bank wants to get the title so you might have to wait until the funds clear on his end so your bank will payoff the balance.
