Rear door locking actuator replacement

Hi all,

I am looking for some input on the difficulty of the locking actuator replacement?
I have found some DIY on vortex for a passat and some other vw models, but I was hoping there was one on the gti forum.
Seems like I just need to take off the door panel and navigate the door clamps delicately to get to the actuator.

The problem is the door is unlocking intermittently as if the actuator is going up.

Any advice, links, or suggestions on the job are appreciated. I am out of warranty else, I would just let the dealer do it.

That's for removing the glass...unless that has to come out to get to it (?), or is there something else I'm missing?

But seriously....any info on this, as I'll most likely be helping him, lol
