I just walked out to my car to make the check and all is tight. how low did things get?

Are these photos definitely the water pump?
Mine is a Right hand drive UK model and I get the same views when looking through the right hand side wheel arch.
When using a torch the machined flat section next to the grey aluminium part is wet so I was assuming it was a water pump leak.
