I used to have an mk5 with stage 2 + and a godspeed fmic and would put 3/4 of a car to a car on my friends Stage 2 revo mk6. Those Fsi's with pump software have rediculous torq and mid range pull. Fsi's engine is a bit more torqy than ours from what ive read but tsi seems to have fixed the cam system and fuel pump.

APR's dyno graph shows a 30 lb-ft gain at 4500 RPM and a 12 HP gain at the same RPM.
I'm guessing if he doesn't have a pump upgrade he will pull you when he does get it. If he adds a upgraded FMIC all you'll see is tail lamps.

Yeah davesxx has it about right, if he adds a fmic and apr pump it's going to not as bad as stock vs stage 1 but close

There isn't anything on k03 past stage 2 you can do. I've heard of port and polish but I wouldn't recommend it. Just bite the bullet and take the loss unless you plan on putting down $$ I can help you if you plan on buying a big turbo kit
