So , I just picked up my new 2010 GTI 2Door Manual"

-CandyWhite, 18" wheels, Sunroof, xenon, Dyna audio, & Bluetooth.

First day, I've already put 450miles- hahaha

*any suggestions on windows tinting?

since, I live in state of Florida.

I was thinking either 5%, or 15% all around?

Welcome onboard...and thats a lot of miles for a day. You probably reached the end of the world and returned home.

I vote for the 15% all round on the tints.....and please post pictures and stop teasing us.:lol:

Tinting is something I'm going to look into as well... I know almost nothing about tinting.

People from MINI forums are all over ceramic tint.

Some people question metal tints and how they may affect cell phone/hd radio signal/whatever.

dye tints seem to be the ones that fade super fast.


is any of that accurate?


Anyone have a ballpark idea of what it will cost to tint a 3 door gti?
